CLIENT REPRESENTATIVE
Over the years we have worked on projects from every angle; Main contractor, Project Manager, Principal Designer, Client’s representative, Sub-contractor and Design Co-ordinator.
We have worked on projects ranging from a few hundred thousand euros to many tens of millions and everything in between.
Our clients’ requirements are paramount and following these through to project delivery is at our core.
Without a local professional representative acting on the behalf of the client, the project is wide open to a Main contractor working the contract to their advantage. We have seen this first hand on many occasions, particularly in the South of France.
We will thoroughly examine contract documentation, ongoing budgets, invoices and completion of works.
By appointing a representative our clients gain a number of significant benefits:
• Efficient management of pre-construction will save both time and money.
• A value engineering process together with the allocation of the project budget in the most effective way will be co-ordinated by our unbiased and experienced professionals.
• If required, any additional specialist consultants that should be brought onto the project team will be identified and appointed in a timely manner, thereby minimising costly “afterthoughts”.
• The burden of the project development and delivery process can be removed from the client’s shoulders – thereby enabling the client to pursue other opportunities.
Most importantly, potentially expensive mistakes can be avoided by detailed, careful planning, contractor liaison and constant communication with all parties.
The appointment of a Client’s Representative should not increase overall project costs. Instead, significant financial and time saving are possible through focused and efficient processes.
SELECTION OF CONTRACTORS
With our wide supply network, we can either put together a full selection of contractors covering all trades and disciplines or bring in highly specialised artisans to complete a particular element of the works. We have worked with some of the leading designers and craftspeople that are in the area.
